Information we collect
When you place an order, request a payment link, or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. If you order via WhatsApp, we also process the messages exchanged as part of that conversation.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver orders, send order-status updates, manage subscriptions, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your information to third parties.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Paystack; we don't store your card details ourselves. Order and delivery messages may be sent via WhatsApp (Meta) and email. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at hello@genthydra.com.
