Orders & pricing
Prices shown at checkout, including delivery fees, are current at the time of order and may change without notice for future orders. An order is confirmed once payment is received or, for cash-on -delivery orders, once dispatched for delivery.
Delivery
We deliver to the zones listed on our Coverage page. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — we'll keep you posted if anything changes. You (or someone at the delivery address) will need to confirm receipt.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on a rolling schedule based on your chosen plan. You can pause or cancel at any time by contacting us — changes take effect from the next billing period.
Cancellations & refunds
Orders that haven't been dispatched yet can usually be cancelled or changed — contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for paid orders that can't be fulfilled are issued to the original payment method.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver every order as scheduled, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
